Not a good range of glasses to chose from so will have to go elsewhere.. Gent who did test was thorough til he advised to get rid of depression read your bible as it has all the answers.!

I did not have a good experience and all the problems stem from staff lacking interest in their work. This resulted in delays in spectacles arriving (had forgotten to put order in), the wrong lens when I needed a replacement (had read the script incorrectly so put in the wrong order). On average the turn around time was 2 weeks, not 1 week as I was told on two occasions. And then when the new lens finally arrived I had to wait for 30 minutes for the staff member to arrive to open the store - he was late and honestly looked like he had just got out of bed.

Was there today at 11am and as usual the rude bearded one was there. If you are not prepared to spend a lot of money to boost commission , not interested. Won't go again
