Specsavers Optometrists - Waterford Plaza

The team is super friendly and helpful.My family moved to Perth not long ago and they didn’t speak much English but everyone was so patient especially the optometrist, Jason.He was really friendly, so patient and explained everything so well with great knowledge.Highly recommended!!!

Their optometrist and most of their staff are really nice and friendly. There is one lady there who is a bit gruff" though and does not seem to be happy to see customers

Awesome customer service and eye test! Optometrist explained my pre screening test in great detail, took the time to understand my needs , offering solutions to ensure I knew what to expect. Dispensing staff extremely friendly, offering help and advice. 100% recommended

Kevin the Optometrist was brilliant, he is professional and friendly. Unfortunately the supporting staffs at the front counter were not great. I understand the long waiting time is a norm here, as it’s a busy store. Poor communication was the main reason I’m giving a one star review. I missed a call from the store so I rang back and wondering what’s going on. The lady Janet told me that my contact lens order has arrived. I said wow it’s quick as I just ordered it same day in the morning. I made a trip to pop in the next morning, waited to be served, staff looking for my orders etc.. end up I was told that my contact lens are in back order.Optometrists are everywhere, we have more than one in every suburb. The Specsaver team needs to up their game in customer service.

I had the pleasure of booking a spontaneous last minute appointment at this specsavers branch. I was easily slotted in within 3 hours of calling. Upon entering, I was greeted by an incredibly friendly and welcoming male staff (I think his name was Josh). He made great conversation with me and comfortably completed my pre eye exam. Following this, I saw the optometrist named Kevin. I have seen many optometrists across the past 13 years of needing a prescription and Kevin was hands down the best I've seen. Not only super warm and friendly but very professional and knowledgeable. You can tell he keeps up to date with the latest optical knowledge and he's excellent at communicating more complex medical concepts to the customer. I felt very understood and Kevin took ample time and consideration to figure out my needs and how to accommodate them (i.e. The appointment was thorough and not rushed). I very highly recommend this branch and Kevin!

I've always enjoyed excellent service from Specsavers at Waterford Plaza. The staff are very helpful and are always cheerful. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending them.
